ESQ-R Executive Skills Questionnaire Online Test & PDF
Executive Skills Questionnaire-Revised (ESQ-R) is a self-report tool for evaluating your executive skill strengths and weaknesses. Planning, paying attention, remembering instructions, skillfully juggling several tasks, and self-regulation are all made possible by executive function skills. The ESQ-R is a brief online survey with 25 questions. The information will be processed and sent to the person in charge of managing the questionnaire. The ESQ-R appears to be a good tool, and it might have a more solid scientific foundation than the older ESQ.
Every one of the 25 statements on the ESQ-R has four options, each with an associated score value:
● Very Often
● Often
● Sometimes
● Never or Rarely
Scoring:
● There are currently no data “norms” available for what is usual in any of the five skill areas.
● Scores in the 2-3 range for skill area averages and specific items can typically be
regarded as a relative weakness.
● A relative strength is indicated by a score between 0 and 1.
● Items with ratings of 2 or 3 need discussion since they indicate that you probably encounter obstacles in this area frequently or very frequently.
